Secma project management provides the ability to guide an effort efficiently; ensuring that the objective is produced according to the required specifications, in a timely manner, and utilizing only the forecasted resources.
Our Project management program aims towards reducing risk at the client’s project before the risk is manifested. We are always creating a touch-point with the various factors that are responsible for creating risk, and consequently setting a plan for controlling it.
In the process of project management, we study the skills, capabilities, and efforts of the entire organization specifically:
• The organization’s security objectives or an articulation of its “desired state” is developed and understood
• Critical assets that are essential to achieving the organization’s mission is identified and protected
• The appropriate personnel are selected to implement the job
Company Management
Aside with operating as an independent security company, Secma plays an important role in leading the process of Company Management. Contractual agreements between Secma and the company requesting Company Management services allow Secma to run the process of creating a security company and its entities allowing the other party to function on its own. Thus, taking into consideration the services and tailoring the body for it is what Secma provides aside with:
• being an integral part of organizational processes
• being part of decision making process
• explicitly addressing uncertainty and assumptions
• being based on the best available information
• taking human factors into account
• being capable of continual improvement and enhancement
• be continually or periodically re-assessed
• Setting up rules and regulations / job description
